Looks like they've moved things around for he better since I visited 4 years ago did you go onto the roof at all - When I visited a couple of spotters were shooting stuff from there GIFU had the new C" prototypes on flight test that day

Thanks to Phil and the team a very relaxed event

I agree ref it was far less of a scrum that I have witnessed in the past with people trying to get pictures of engine running, I look forward to the next event

I have one of these lens and can confirm as relayed above a very heavy lens to use, it's main drawback is its not the fastest focusing lens either, however I have had some very good results with it on occasions however it has also disapointed me on the lack of speed of focus when trying to get that ...
