South Wales Aviation Museum are fund-raising to move BAe146 ZE700 to the museum from it's current location. It can't be towed as there are now too many obstacles so it will have to be lifted.

It might not have been his decision. It might have been the venue's. Having said that, I haven't seen any photos on-line - only official ones so it might be an artist thing. It is a bit disappointing but not a real problem. Just sit back and enjoy.

I think that may have been E2396, an RJX-85 originally destined for Druk AIr. It was stored for eventual use by MOSI but I have no idea what happened to it.

I got mine from Bristol Cameras for £389 in 2022. It's almost double that now.

I was going to recommend the Sony HX-99 as I paid around £400 for mine a couple of years ago but its around £600 now so a bit outside your budget.
