Hiring
Hi all,
I need to hire a Canon 100-400 for 1 day. I usually borrow my dads if I need it but he is using it the day I need it! I've had a look on a few sites and the cheepest I've found so far is £45. Anybody know if I can get it any cheeper?
Cheers,
Sam.

Great shots, really like the last KC135 shot as well! Wonder if the footage from the Pilots Go-Pro will be uploaded anywhere?

It's a shame Kemble stilll don't hold the Vintage Jet Fly-in ... Good news on 134 at Kemble, will hopefully be free to go watch the test flight if all goes well!

Re: Any recommendations for deleted photos recovery software
Slightly confused by this but can you get pics back from a long time ago if you format the Card, say last year? I deleted a whole Cards worth of shots of the Nimrods last flight in to Kemble before putting them on the Computor

Re: NIMBYs pick on Brize
One advantage Lyneham had due to the noise was a huge embankment made behind the pans to reduce the noise alot. I wonder if this would be a solution they may use at Brize? It would certainly ruin some good Photo oppertunities though! Also, I'm pretty sure the A400 is louder than a Herk!

Re: Crash at Cotswold Airport
Not been confirmed yet, but someone who witnessed the incident was on the radio about half an hour ago, they said it was in German markings, twin boom tail and had a Centre line fuel tank. Does sound like it's the Bronco. However, lets just hope the Pilot is ok.

Bronco crash at Cotswold Airport (Kemble)
Have just seen on the news a light aircraft has crashed at Cotswold Airport (Kemble) After hearing a guy being interviewed who witnessed the incident it seems it's the Bronco. Pilot has been taken to Frenchay Hospital - Seriously hope he is ok.

Re: Show Feedback.
Brilliant show, really enjoyed it. The display acts were top notch and the static was brilliant. Was great watching all the Crews climb on top of their Aircraft to watch the Vulcan. One thing, the FOD at the end of the show was the worst I've ever seen anywhere, there were plenty of bins provided - ...

My parents bought this for my younger sister a few weeks back, and after having a go with it myself it's very good! It's easy to use and perfect for someone starting off. However, if you have already done Photography and looking at getting an SLR, mabye get somthing a little bit more.

SPTA last month
Hi all, visted Deptford 3 times last month within 2 weeks. Had some nice variety in Aircraft with some brilliant flying, especially from the A109's from Boscombe, caught both of them on different days, flown by the same Crew which involved similar amazing departures from them! http://farm7.staticfli...

Brize Friday 3rd Feb.
Hi all, not posted for a while! Took a trip to Brize last Friday in hope of some different shots from the 08 end. We arrived there and the wind died off, meaning a change to 26, so we ended up spending the day at 26 in the end, which deemed to be quite sucsessfull. I have missed the Herks since they...

I'm sure my Dad told me he was speaking to someone at Boscombe, they said F.A.S.T wanted it, but couldn't afford the transport fee, and Boscombe were not prepared to pay for it either .. Very sad if true.

Kiteboarding in to the sunset
Went up to Westbury White Horse on Sunday with a few of my friends who do Kiteboarding. Didn't have the camera out all day due to thick fog and haze, however it cleared up in the late afternoon as the sun was setting. Managed to get a few nice shots. Just a note, some of the bits on the photos that ...
