I've had the pleasure of working on this particular jet quite a few times and can put your mind at ease that the bird is white not pearlescent white! just white hope you can get on with your progress now buddy :biggrin: .

Tesco's all purpose cleaner its brilliant stuff, I've used it on all of my model strips and left overnight the paint just rolls off. give it a go fella and at 20p a litre you cant go wrong.

Hi there I've built a few of these in my time and to be honest as Tom quotes its in your opinion as to what you think looks ok. I have seen the resin nose and to be honest there looks no real big difference to me, it also becomes very expensive if you start buying all the correction bits for the kit...
