It’s a snowball effect - a few people break the rules and others think “I’ve sacrificed all year, why should they break the rules and get away with it whilst I continue to suffer at home” And, as PB notes, friends and loved ones put pre...

Lots of superb entries as usual. Far to many to mention everything I thought was worthy! Nick and Peter R top drawer as you would expect. Other shots that really caught my eye Seamus's head on Merlin Peter S with the Harrier (happy days) Peter F and I really like the C-130 Sarah's Vulcan SWATCO's Se...

We shall try this one - no sky allowed in the photo AND the aircraft must be airborne. Good on Ya Gordon!

Many other worth winners to be sure!

I loved the Caribous - might miss these more than the F-111's from the RAAF - they both went at about the same time.

New subject coming right up

Thanks

RNZAF Red Checkers. Not scoring in the performance stakes but they did a very clever and entertaining routine. Would not have been a toilet break item if they had made it to Fairford! My memory is of a based 135 with full water injection opening the show during the IAT's held at Fairford during the 80s - Everyone within 10 miles of the base knew the show had started!
