Never knew the Fencer went to Leuchars - Did it fly?
I remember it at Farnborough and the Backfire displaying - the take off from the Backfire vibrated parts of my body I didn't know I had - makes a B-1 or Vulcan take off seem tame peaceful events

As an aside - If anyone is visiting France and speaks English as a native language try this - let slip into the conversation you are from New Zealand (Australia or Canada might work to?) and you might find the locals can (almost) smile and sometimes say a little more than non monsieur! New Zealand might the only place worth going.
No offence but why on earth would we want tourism from a COVID hotspot like the UK?

We are desperate to keep our borders shut!

48 Hour Photo Comp: Close up

OK lets try this one with close up images of aircraft moving (on the ground or in the air) Feel free to throw up two or three images if you like. lets get close up - so the aircraft more than fill the viewfinder, the sound totally envelopes you and you smell it afterwards ! (unless it's a glider) ht...

Hooked! makes perfect sense - the RAF used to have low level routes at the time. One ran down from the Leeming gap - North Y...
