Re: RIAT 2021 Participation and Discussion Thread
We'll just have to wait for about three months to see what happens. That was when they pulled the plug out this year, that will also be the time they will have to decide about next year. As long as we will get Thursday updates, it is on (unless the update is: it is off). BTW where was yesterday's W...

Re: RIAT 2021 Participation and Discussion Thread
Awesome! Didn’t think we’d get to see one again after the 2011 appearance (I went Saturday only when it went tech a short while after running in) - everything crossed the event can go ahead!!
Hopefully that lovely heritage-schemed jet will make the trip.

Kits & Patches for Sale
Evening chaps
I’ve listed a few items on eBay in the last few days - mainly kits in 1/72 & 1/48, with a few patches/coins in there too.
Take a look! Most have offers enabled.

Re: Flying Legends to cease at Duxford
Sounds like a pee poor decision taken by a group who make counter-intuitive decisions as a matter of course. If they are indeed envious of the bastardisation of Hendon, that really does say it all. Why have the real thing to show to the public when you can have a cardboard cutout, dodgey voice actin...

The broadcast will focus on flying display action, using footage from previous Air Tattoo displays and a unique twist with the inclusion of true 'virtual' displays flown on flight simulation programmes by skilled gamers from across Europe , including RAF eSports who will follow the broadcast with a...

Very sad - always liked seeing the Saab 105 display - a charismatic and punchy little type that was always very well flown.

Are the Reds currently at home and practicing at Scampton?
Thinking about a trip up tomorrow but can’t find much online.
Appreciate these NOTAMs have been issued but I must say I’m not particularly au fait with them.

Absolute nonsense.
There is an entire thread where you can air your dystopian fetishes to your heart’s content.
This has jack-all to do with RIAT specifically.
