Re: SDSR - this post only
If the Sentinel wasn't being canned, surely it could do some of the Nimrod work? At least monitor shipping, maritime reconnaissance and assist in SAR ops? I'm still totally baffled with the decision to scrap it after Afghanistan, certainly the most peculiar decision of the SDSR for me. On the other...

Look at the sink rate on the turn and tell me if you think the crew were happy with it afterwards: m. Re the C17 videos. The wingspan of this thing is 170' or so, so even at the lowest point of the 360, (which would appear to be over the higher ground of Totterdown) he's still getting on for 200' A...

I think this is a new thing they are doing now I saw them do it at the september duxford so I be looking out next to see if they do it again. Though the one I like was at bournemouth last year they did it with lancaster flying in from the left and the fighters straight ahead then spilt,

The issue is not with folk choosing not to pay, it is purely about safety. I am not trying to influence any person's free will to stand where they please or take photographs, but these are the facts: http://rafhawkdisplay.com/images/dux2.bmp The green area is the designated crowd line.
