I often wonder whether the appearance could be combined with an exercise? Given the tentative date of no longer being capable for service (2020), I think there's a possibility. What do you think?

I just hope that everyone had a chance to say goodbye to their favorite Air Force Demo Team this season. It looks like it will be a long time before the A-10, F-16 and F-15E teams will be flying the air show circuit again. In fact, I suspect we will see an F-35 Demo Team before we see the A-10, F-1...
