If it was heading south then it would have been a French Navy Atlantique, there's another one coming behind it (currently over the Lake District).

The last couple of refurbished ex-RAF C-130Js also left Cambridge after a single test flight.
The last couple of refurbished ex-RAF C-130Js were for Bangladesh & Bahrain and both had several test flights.

Yes, the crew will take it on a series of test flights and it will go to the US once they're happy with it.

The Blue Angels C130 is at Cambridge and will be conducting a series of maintenance flights over the next few weeks. I dont have any more details.
It's the ex. RAF C-130J ZH885 that's been converted and repainted by Marshalls.

Re: Big jet TV YouTube channel

Yes he did make an error saying a BBMF Hurricane crashed at Shoreham when it was a Breighton based machine piloted by Brian Brown as I recall. But from what I saw of the Coningsby show he was not bad on his facts generally. He is quite new to military hence discussing basic differences between Spit...

Is it true that Big Jet TV claimed that the BBMF crashed one of their Hurricanes at Shoreham during his live stream at Coningsby?

Presumably confusing the BBMF planes with the Brian Brown accident.
Yes, that's what he said.

Surely the highly skilled ground crew should have put chocks in front of each set of wheels to avoid the aircraft running away after being sat in the same place for 3 months whilst leaking brake pressure?
It's not rocket science, is it?

They were all due to be retired within the next few months anyway but the pandemic has accelerated their retirement somewhat. The first 2 have been flown to Ciudad Real in Spain for storage and will probably be scrapped.
