Re: Beja Portuguese AF show 1-2 June

Have to agree the text below the OP's Video post is non-committal. It says :- "Make way for speed! ⚡ The F-15E, from the American Air Force, and the F-16, from the Romanian Air Force, will be present at the Beja Air Show! 🇺🇸 🇷🇴 On the 1st and 2nd of June, Beja is a mandatory stop!" Image C...

Re: Warplane Workshop Series 2

For me the BHHH episode has been the most 'off target' show so far! Nowhere near enough focus on the subject aircraft & too mush b&w footage of Battle of Britain archive film.
By all means tell me about the work ethic, but for Chris' sakes show me more of it being done!

Kristin 'Beo' Wolfe flying the borrowed Lakenheath F-35 at Kleine Brogel in 2023 was absolutely amazing. That jet was maxed-out in all directions!

It's just possible my 'novelty' is case-hardened to resist wear?

Your low-level shots are excellent, were they shot from the road location, or the canyon outcrop? Base shots are equally good with very little evidence of heat haze being a factor at this event! Must agree with Caper, the Romanians are special but the Qatari's edge it for me too. May I ask if...

Re: Help please... lost in deciding on a new camera system

As there seems to be nobody stepping forward, I'll make a start. Your budget dictates you're firmly in the 'used' equipment category. You can re-equip with a high-quality combination to suit your outlined needs. Optics should prevail over the camera body. The best camera body in the World won't give...

There is a precedent for this, as they named the F-16 ‘Jastrząb’ (Goshawk) and M.346 ‘Bielik’ (white-tailed eagle) in Polish service. I wonder what the Polish is for ‘slug’? Continuing the trend of avian related names & with a nod to the social media generation, I give you the 'popular' Lakenhe...

As we approach 6 weeks until the 2024 edition, I can't seem to find a current 'Flying List' for the show? I need to see some serious additional content added before committing to travel for this show.
The listing most easily found is way too lightweight to be attractive to me! :disappointed:

With it being at Midlands on the Sunday, I wonder if there is a chance we will see the Draken appear at Duxford? I could see the Vampire or Mig 15 added. Maybe a Jet Provost or Strikemaster. Though part of me is hoping for the Patrouille de France Couple of pretty relevant factors on your wish list...

Really liking the variety here. 'Proper' US. Airshows are hard to come by after you've stripped away the entourage of Season-long performers. Yuma is great end to end. F-5 formation is  Given the orientation at Travis, these shots are really good & you seem to have that Bridge camera...
