I think the F35 will be very popular on the airshow circuit, just as the harrier was in the past. Not convinced about it being any good at the air 2 air job its supposed to do though

Re: Farewell Flight on DC-10 from BHX
As Jez said viewing the flight on flight radar is prob the best way to view where you've went as I don't have a way to display the airways route. But the route you actually flew was: EGBB DCT TNT N57 POL UN601 MARGO DCT DCS UN864 WAL DCT EGBB Which in English means: Birmingham direct to Trent VOR, A...

Snowstorm in Atlanta
Managed to get stuck in Atlanta due to the bad weather, however the Hotel had a great view over the runway so thought it would be rude not to take some shots! 1 http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7415/12721219994_ac9fe223e0_b.jpg Atlanta by ollytindall , on Flickr 2 http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5498/127...

Just one quick picture I managed to grab from my balcony of the Qatari Airforce Mirages doing their warm up display for the National day parade.

Thanks everyone!
Yes they were pretty close to the Skyline anyway, but using the long lens makes them look even closer!

Very nice work!
must have been awesome watching them in the alps!
A few seem to suffer on the sharpness side though, not sure if its a bit of motion blur or heavy cropping?

Would love to have seen the display from the top of one of those skyscrapers. Yeah so would have I! I've seen the Reds lots of times, but I think this has be my favourite display so far! Doing the display in the bay against all the skyscrapers really let you see the speed! It was awesome! The Tiffy...

Red Arrows In Qatar
Was lucky enough to catch the Red Arrows in Doha Qatar Today. I took a bit of a gamble and purposely positioned myself behind show centre to get the skyline in. As have millions of pics of the Reds and wanted to get something "different" Think it was a good decision but I'll let you decide...

Re: Beachy Head/ Eastbourne Sunday - my take on it

I've posted a screenshot so u can see what changes I made to get rid of the haze and increase the contrast. I will happily remove it if...
