I would say an average Shuttleworth. Nothing outstanding but a nice day, Funny old weather, Windy, Hot sunshine at times and a massive black sky and some rain in the middle! Seemed quite busy.

Interestingly the actual spotters they interviewed at the various airfields came across quite well. It was the presenters that were a car crash. Andi Peters was particularly cringe worthy I have always had a great deal of respect for Peter Snow but unfortunately I think he's lost the plot A real sha...

It was a bit chilly at times, but the few occasions when the breeze dropped and sun came out it was ok. Nice to see some heavy stuff like the Dak and Cat on the ground. A good start to the season all round. Shame about the ARCo Lysander though... Ps lost a fiver bet to the missus cos Tim didn't ment...

Flew in by helicopter at 9am
Staff with golf buggy shuttle were there ready to meet us
Transferred to the Lightning Pavillion. Nice champagne reception on arrival
Top class lunch and G&Ts during the flying...
All went very smoothly well done DBH
