Re: Someone's for the high jump

OCAS is Outside Controlled AirSpace Traffic Service is not an ATC "mode", it's a type of service available to pilots. Outside CAS, there are three; Basic Service (BS), Traffic Service (TS) and Deconfliction Service (DS). Inside CAS you can have a Radar Control Service. (I could include a p...

TL;DR: Aircraft OCAS and under TS in receipt of traffic information from ATC level off against opposite direction traffic having become visual with that traffic.

Re: Work flow for processing over exposed photos

Why anyone still shoots just JPEG is a mystery to me, you are basically losing detail in your images before you even download the image from your camera So all my 'Extra Fine Jpegs' are rubbish then?. Some of us do know how to use a camera and its settings to get the best out of it so not to lose d...

Neither bitter nor angry, just not tolerant of stupid posts on forums.

Don't mind helping people who have serious questions (as those who met me at LN over the past couple of days will confirm!) but questions like this are, quite frankly, ridiculous.

Re: LTN 24th Dec. Easyjet new livery?

Pretty sure they can't keep the billboard titles as the 320NEO has slightly different windows, so it won't look right/be readable.

Personally, all it needs is the underside to be orange too!

Yeah, I will, as it's 22 and has been since July 2009, so not that long ago.

1) I personally wouldn't class myself as O'Hagen's "chum". An administrator you may be, but to say you "run the board" could be considered an overstatement. I'd suggest rdchawk had some very specific people in mind with his statement. What am I supposed to do now, leave one of t...

Open folder in Windows Explorer. Click file in question. Press DEL on keyboard. Click Yes.

Easiest way to deal with an overexposed JPEG in my opinion.

You've not needed to activate FSX retail for ages, I just enter zeroes and it works.

I've not found this to be any more stable than FSX retail, still crashes if you try loading too much.

Might want to edit your post Neil to sort out the grammar and fix the link.

Shame you feel the need to rip people off by changing £55, but it's your company and Elvington clearly think it'll work, so have fun.

Correct, though I'm pretty sure the beach is owned by whoever owns the adjacent land. I'd need to check the deeds (not that I can be bothered) but I have a feeling that, at Southport at least, that's not the council?

If you're paying for the airframe, surely that gives you the right to do with it as you please? Within the limits of the tender, I...

Nothing that technical. It's an E-Jet with 2+2 seating! (window-seat-seat-aisle-seat-seat-window)
