Just make sure you get one with a moisture trap.

Re: COVID-19: Your Thoughts and it's effects on you.
So why was this not followed in the south? - why was Watford initially separated from the rest of Hertfordshire? And this has not been the only case where this has happened - Essex for example. Because the infection rate and hospitalisation figures for South Herts were absolutely horrendous compare...

Re: COVID-19: Your Thoughts and it's effects on you.
So, was Johnson lying when he said we’d be back to normal by July, then October, and then Christmas? Not lying, I think he's just delusional. Plus pandering to the public to keep their opinion of him in good stead. People feel sorry for him, yet all he's doing is trying to protect his image and the...

I think it will be a few months before they know the effects of the vaccines on the current rate of spread (which appears colossal) the UK still has only a tiny percentage exposed to Covd-19 so far, 53,000 new cases today sounds a huge figure but it's less than thousandth of the population; if it k...

I went last Saturday morning, very well organised. Shame the weather was so grim but at least it went ahead and managed to sneak in between two lockdowns!

Re: Reid & Sigrist RS4 Bobsleigh Desford aircraft
Good for Newark👍 Weird that the Council spent money on getting it flying only to bench it shortly afterwards following no public displays! Ah the wonders of local authority Museums! TT That'll be the same Leicestershire council that shut Snibston Discovery Centre a few years ago then sold the land ...

Re: Shuttlewworth 2021 dates announced
Themes are a little dull in my opinion but it does give a lot of scope to what can be booked I guess. I have to agree, they do - although typically the shows will pique more interest when the line-ups are announced. Definitely. The name of the themes haven't been too inspiring recently, but they us...

Never mind the parking and road traffic - speaking to a mate who lives a couple of miles away from Sywell, it's apparently very well used by private aircraft over GP weekend.
Out of all weekends they could've chosen, why this one?

Re: Battle Of Britain 80: The Night Shoot
According to a mate who went... Nothing outside (understandable given the weather). Duxford decided on Thursday it was too late to cancel, despite the forecast for the Saturday being horrendous for the last week. But if you asked at the gate you could get a refund. Not much use when you've driven a ...

It has been a rewarding and successful experience and both TV companies have been delighted with the results. Unfortunately, ...

Re: COVID-19: Your Thoughts and it's effects on you.
Is it really as low as that? No. It's badly misinterpreted. Say 1000 people get tested, and 1 person actually has Covid. 999 people don't have it, but there's a chance the test will show 9 of those people have it. So 90% are false positives, but that's miniscule compared to the amount of a correct ...

Re: Battle of Britain Airshow 2020 - 18th-20th September.
It's not about the size of the individual group. It's about the fact 15,000 people will be on one site for an extended period of time, all standing in one spot for several hours, and all using the same facilities. At Shuttleworth, you've been confined to your own little box for the flying, though fr...
