Dont think they are.

I can see travel restrictions imposed on Brits by other nations as an omicron infected country though.

I believe Switzerland already have.

It’s interesting that the third case has already left the country and the area of scrutiny is Westminster. Diplomat?

One EU representative made a comment on TV today along the lines of....

The British strapline during Brexit was to take back control. Perhaps they should practice what they preach and take back control of the refugees (by opening up legal routes).

Not unless you intend to limit Armed Forces overseas tours to less than three months.... Can I just ask how long the current booster jab programme is expected to last from its first stab, and what the interval is between the previous jab and the booster? Still keen on your idea? I'm off on a cruise in just over 4 weeks, I don't mind having to do a PCR test on return, just glad I hadn't booked the Day 2 LFD tests yet! If this virus is mutating so rapidly and what we know about waining protection after xyz months - is it time to seriously consider putting a requirement in pla...

Boris does it again. This weekend there are closed door negotiations between the countries that border the channel, the UK and the European Commission to discuss how to try and prevent a further tragedy. Last night, Boris sent a letter to Macron suggesting what should be done and then…. Tweeted the ...

I didn't know it was national guidance, I thought it was just local guidance issued by my local authority.

Still think the new guidance is a cop out to avoid bringing masks back.

The Telegraph (paywall) are running a story this morning that one of the reasons behind the UK fourth wave being manifestly different to what is happening in the EU is the AZ jab. They’re saying there is now evidence that the protection given by the AZ jab is remaining at a higher level in your syst...

Re: What are UKARians watching on TV?

I've started watching Cowboy Bepop on Netflix and it is a really fun show. Based on a late 1980s anime cartoon series, this live action version has an all star cast. It's quirky, it's sci-fi, it doesn't take itself too serious. The lead actor is John Cho, the current Sulu from the Star Trek movie re...

Didn't the HF display in the UK using only UK based assets one year? i.e. a Lakenheath F-15 and a P-51 that was based here - or have I made that up? The ACC demo teams borrow local jets whenever possible, so the old F-15 teams always used Lakenheath aircraft, the A-10 used the Spang based aircraft ...

Of course high powered radio transmitters can be harmful, but you have to be very close to them. Most 4G/5G transmitters are between 20 - 120W power - so about the same as a lightbulb. Also, the transmission power drops off very quickly the further away you are from them. High powered radio waves c...

I hadn’t but I’ve just read up on it. Koch’s is a set of 4 criteria to identify if a specific microbe/bacteria/pathogen is causing a disease. The University of Reading published a text on the matter where they said that Covid-19 does satisfy some of the 4 criteria under Koch’s to identify the cause ...
