Reason is not enough manpower and time to organise these days. As well the airforce need more recuparation time after their recent deployments.

as it is USAF's party I would like to see a long, long row of F-16,s F-15,s F-22s, F-35's, A-10's.

Together with flying display's of both USAF jets and heavies I cannot be to bothered about other nations.
