Re: RAFM disposals

Avro 707C WZ744 Significance..

A delta wing research aircraft is not significant ? Shall we scrap TSR 2 and the SR53 While were at it. maybe even the vulcan.
This is a very slippery slope chucking good assets out of the door isnt advisable at all right ?

Just a word of warning. That ammunition looks to be live so be careful with it, the likelyhood of it going off is little but still there, the information is out there about how to deactivate them but its not adviseable by anymeans. For the time being, i would keep them away from sunlight and wrappe...

Has he given up on the military side of things after being investigated For what? i believe some of the authorities at Lakenheath/Mildenhall had issues with him using his camera to get over the fence and taking video of personnel working on the aircraft etc. And doing 80+Mph to get to mildenhall fo...

Not seen 985 for a number of years, but from these it looks like a lot of hard work and money will be required to get it anything like. Is that the remains of a Meteor T.7 in the second photograph Cole? Nice Spot! It too is in a sorry state, most of the wing and skin of the aircraft was in a skip. ...
