Re: Microsoft Flight Simulator Returns
I believe they're looking at a subscription though...? This is the Xbox Game Pass which is £7.99 per month. I use it on the Xbox Console and, to be fair, I have gotten quite a lot out of it. Apart from the new Ace Combat, I haven't brought a new game for ages. If this gets added to it, I'd be delig...

Re: Camera bag for Sigma C 150-600mm lens
I use the Lowepro 400aw which fits my D700 with 150-600mm attached (lens hood reversed), a second body and two more lenses.
What I like about it is the camera section can only be accessed from the back so when you are wearing it, no one can get to it.
Currently £90.76 on amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lowepro-Flipsi ... 3-fkmrnull

New RAF Website
I have only just come across this but the RAF has a new website in beta. Looks rather good to me. A lot of clear and detailed information and photos.

Re: Your Favourite Image From 2017
I know that this particular aircraft has already come up but it is by far my favorite photo of the year. As the heavens opened and everyone ran, I almost lost hope to capture the very aircraft that I had been waiting all day for. But wow, the rain stopped and the sun came out, just in time. The dark...

Re: "I feel the need for Speed"...Tomcats
Good to see this pop up again. Made my day.
It still makes me so sad to think that I never got to see these, my all time favorite jet. Makes me go out and see everything that I can now.

Re: RIAT 2017 - A few highlights from me
Thanks guys, I must admit my favorite aircraft is definitely the F-22, I tend to get a little trigger happy when that comes past. Got tons more photos to go through yet so will hopefully have some more good ones. What's that blue stuff behind the aircraft? (I went Saturday). Nice captures, especiall...

RIAT 2017 - A few highlights from me
Thoroughly enjoyed another great weekend at RIAT (well Sunday & Monday). I felt partially lucky to attend Sunday, as I usually go on the Saturday, after hearing how bad the weather was and of course the fact of the missing B2. I must have took 1000s of photos but I have just picked a few highlig...

Re: Which DSLR ?
I would look for a used D7100 and try and get as best lens as you can afford.
I have been recently using the Sigma 150-600mm C, which has surprised me at how good it is for the price.

Re: Canon 5D Mk iii or 7D Mk ii?
Different make but I have had quite a few cropped Nikon cameras in the past and found that they were never as sharp as I wanted when you zoomed in on them. I have recently added a full frame camera (D700) to my kit and find this has changed everything. The photos it produces are so clear. I also fee...

There are so many fantastic photos on here.
This has to be my favorite from last year. XH558 stunning the crowds with that take off from RIAT.
