Re: Formula One 2021
So I'm curious, LH still has not resigned with Merc for the 2021 season, is there a cut off date where the teams have to announce their driver line up? or can it be left open until the first race or winter testing? Just a personal thought, could it be possible LH is going to take a year out or maybe...

Re: Mystery object ! Any ideas?
the "glitch" would be the camera shake when clicking/opening the mirror. Agreed, zooming in quite a lot and looking at the red lights in the background they all seem to have the same movement. Also zooming in on the tail theres a very very slight, for want of another word, ghost tail, most evident ...

Re: What do the Red Arrows do this year?
It does not matter what they are doing, display flying, winter bulid up keeping current etc etc, the most important thing for them and us is to not catch this awfull thing that is happening and survive to fly again, I dont think it has been said openly, but we are at war. A war that is very differen...

Re: Thunder City Aircraft
There is or was a photo on fb this morning of Thundercity, the building has apparently been sold and all the aircraft are now stored outdoors. However, I have no idea how old the photos are.

Re: British Phantom Aviation Group (Official Topic)
I have also just flicked quickly through a few books and most of the photos of the F-4J(UK) {never wasPhantom F.3} and most are either clean or just have the centreline tank. It never was F-4J(UK) either. It was just F-4J. No, it was simply.......a Tiger! As for the wing tanks, 360 had them on at m...

And all those important documents are pdf’d onto a portable hard drive. No good saving them to the ‘cloud’ because if it’s ‘another event’ and the interweb goes down, you’re stuffed as you can’t access the documents. Same if its the end of society as we know it, documents on a hard drive are no goo...

As a gobsmacked teenager (at the time) I'm very proud to admit that Mr Hanna was the first ever pilot at Duxford that I spoke to and got a very personal tour around a P-40. 15 minutes that I will treasure forever. A true legend of his time, and an inspiration to many.

Re: F-117 in Syria?
but why keep it a secret that the aircraft remain / are back in active service? What better way to hide something that to have a shadow of doubt that its about? or in this case its not about? If everyone thinks its not about, then nobody looks for it, if however theres sightings of say a single one...

Its entirely possible, easy enough to drag four over to Saudi or some other place out of the way. Are they small enough to fit inside a C-5 if the wings are removed?
