Re: 7 Tips on How to Take Great Nature Photo

I am not sure how using a slow shutter speed on a bird in flight is a good tip, most bird photographers will recommend the highest shutter speed you can get away with, in the prevailing lighting conditions. That is certainly the rule I have always adhered to when photographing any bird flying otherw...

There’s little stopping some of our less-friendly neighbours increasing their stockpiles as well, because we’ve increased ours.
Who's to say they haven't done this already and that is our reason for increasing ours? Just a thought, no more

Covid cases will be indeed be lighter and a good majority of the UK populace will be vaccinated by July but the rest of Europe and the U.S may well not be so how can any organizer of any multi-national airshow be expected to put it on at this stage? Their whole ethos is aircraft from abroad, that is...

As things stand you can't travel at all at the moment. You can't ask a question like this basing it on what is happening now, because no one can answer it and no one knows what the restrictions will be when the show happens, if it happens.

Re: Aircraft storage question.

All of the BA aircraft from LHR to Bournemouth came straight here. None went via Glasgow. I don't mean they landed at Glasgow. Can't find any examples now, but check out this Virgin flight on Tuesday: m LHR-LHR via a turnpoint near Glasgow. Occam - I'll back you up on this, I saw a British Airways ...

Re: Aircraft storage question.

On a related topic: On FR24 there have been quite a few BA aircraft flown from LHR-Bournemouth via a turnpoint in the vicinity of Glasgow; also saw a Virgin aircraft doing something similar, though I didn't see where it ended up. Anyone know why? All of the BA aircraft from LHR to Bournemouth came ...

I really do feel sorry for the paying public at RIAT outside of FRIAT who just seemed to be getting milked more and more for less and less each year. Are they being milked? Surely everyone going to RIAT chooses to and, therefore, finds the paying of whichever ticket they happen to fork out for as a...

I've always like going on the pier at Bournemouth. It's at the end of the display line, but you still get to see everything close up and the sun is more at your side than in your face as the afternoon wears on. So where is display centre - is it east of the pier Display centre is halfway between Bo...

Evening all On Friday 4/1/19 I was lucky enough to be granted access to this turbo Dak to get a few shots after dark.
