Negligence can be tough to prove in some cases, in others it’s often clear cut. Duxford would be bang to rights with a roof threatening to breakup in storm conditions and not doing what needed to derisk

IWM isn't a Government organisation so why would there be claims against the Government.?. When I got run over by the site transport, the claim wasn't against the Government but the IWM insurers. If someone was injured by the damaged roof coming off the Highways Agency / IWM would be burned to a crisp by the lawyers in the inevitable litigation. Trees are a different issue

I concur that the crest on the nose is the Station crest rather than 1 ANS. Though magnifying the picture doesn't resolve the image well enough to see what is in the centre, the outer "rim" is well defined and you can see it does not have the two rectangular blocks at 3 and 9 o'clock where...

I'm very happy to see this thread, I've been very frustrated to not have a regular update!

RE Jaffas cake / biscuit, its simple. When a cake goes stale it goes hard, when a biscuit goes stale it goes soft. Stale Jaffas are hard, ergo they're cakes.
