Re: FRIAT 2025 Renewals
Couple of questions regarding yesterday's forum. How do they know they are about 30 mins over for flying if there are still 9 updates to go? And is the 200 aircraft number a rough estimate? As from looking at the confirmed aircraft page on RIAT website there is only about 80 -90 aircraft on there a...

Re: RIAT 2025
Still a lot more to be announced but it will be a bit smaller than normal by the looks of it. Obvs i’m not just querying your comment, but is this based on anything? Has anyone gone and totted up numbers of confirmed aircraft at this stage in previous years? Genuine qu, because to me things feel pe...

Re: RIAT 2025
I think most people’s advice in here would be for them to get to the car park as early as they can, it opens at 6am so I wouldn’t really be getting there any later than 7am if they want time to walk round static and not miss any of the show, the show ground itself closes at either 7 or 7:30 pm I can...

Re: Interesting Internet
A few of the comments suggesting that the image has hints to shows they may be going to, for example, the roundel looks Greek so maybe Athens, palm trees, Malta, wheel maybe RIAT, two polish flags, the two shows in Poland, Radom / lezno etc, what do people think?

Mega update this week, for all those asking about Phantoms, remember last year the F16s were announced first and we got Phantoms weeks late

Re: RIAT 2025
Hello everyone, Bit of photography question here, I've been using a 70-300mm lens for many many years now and it still doesn't reach that zoom I want for the Solo demonstrations so I'm looking to get a bigger telephoto lens. I've seen the Canon RF 100-400mm F5.6-8 IS USM, which seems reasonable for...

Re: RIAT 2025
It says the Confirmed Aircraft page was last updated today... what's changed (if anything) as I haven't been keeping up to date at all? The entire block of text at the top has been updated / added, used to say "updates are planned to start im February 2025" with a few other bits, a lot mo...

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2025 Wishlist:
Just want to liven up the forum a bit. reading the email, they already have “exciting additions” lined up ready to announce so I’m interested what y’all think they could be? What usually confirms around this time? Post Covid, the Spanish have normally been very early to confirm if they have flying ...

Re: 2024 Weather
Which weather forecast do you lot find to be the most accurate? Everyone I know is saying the Norwegian one, YR, is the most accurate (well, as accurate as you can be). They say rain Saturday Not seen that one before, looks interesting. Just checked and it's currently giving rain 6pm onwards Saturd...

Re: 2024 Weather
its interesting the sheer disagreement between models and runs, last night looked quite frankly rubbish and this morning looks great, i just dont think they know how far east the band of rain will make it and where, if any, showers will break out
