1 Middle laners, don't go on the motorway if this how you are going to drive. 2 The EU. Can see the logic, but so very badly executed. 3 Bob Crow the RMT leader .Someone farts near one of his members and the whole underground network has to go on strike. 4 Golf....and the golfists who play it. 5 "...

Re: RIAT SU-27 inverted departure
what a load of twaddle if that is considered dangerous flying then my lord ground the fleet, the pilots obviously felt constrained that they couldnt do what they love best and show off their aircraft and their skills. To the people who thrown knickers out of their pram perhaps they would be better ...

Re: RIAT 2011 Participation Discussion
This thread sums up what is so wrong with the aviation enthusiast community at the moment. Complaints that RIAT doesn't attract the "good stuff". Ukrainian Su-27 and IL-76 added to static. Complaints that it's static only, not flying. Complaints money should have been spent elsewhere. You...

Re: Binbrook 86/88 (updated)
Thankyou so much for transporting me back 24 years to my favourite week of my life,an ATC camp at Binbrook when these beauties were still going (quite) strong. I more than likely spoke to you up in the tower and controlled your bulldog! I visited Binbrook in April 87 but unfortunatly I never went f...

1 Proud to be a courteous van driver. 2 Jealousy?really.why should I be jealous of not owning a car which its drivers have such a negative stigma attached.I'd rather been seen pushing a Trabant than be seen driving a bmw. 3 You're right, having attitudes like thanking people, not middle laning and IN...

It’s also a well known fact that all taxi cars don’t have indicators fitted Really? My BMW has indicators. As far as braindead, moronic and w..... whatever that might be, well, you'll have to let us all know what you drive (if you do drive that is) and we can be judgmental about you. Now, about you...

Re: Digital Nostalgia?
I was one of those people who vowed never to go to digital, then when doing a trip to Bulgarian air bases in 2002 and seeing some guys using it I was severly tempted, but it wasn't until Northolt 07 photocall that I was using digital. How I survived without it I have no idea.God bless digital photograp...

Re: RAF Kenley airday 2010
As this is my local,I can strongly recommend this airfield if you like WW2.Still has air raid shelters visible and other points of interest, including a great memorial and also has a cracking pub round the corner in Old Lodge Lane called the Wattenden arms.A pub used by the pilots and still has that ...

Re: RIAT 2010 participation thread
Well for me the Superjet underlines the fact that RIAT will have anything thats offered to it. The meagre participation budget is totally out of kilter with the size and superb reputation the event has worldwide. At least this year it has been spent on some lovely WW2 warbirds and not a ridiculous,...
