Re: Nikon Z5 Z6

If you go mirrorless with Nikon you would have to get new lens as Nikon mirrorless has a Z mount, where as Nikon SLR/DSLR cameras use an F mount, or get an adapter to use other Nikon lens on mirrorless.

Re: Nikon Z5 Z6

Have you looked at the Sony A7III? Sony A7 III is the clear winner of this comparison. It has a higher Overall Score and beats Nikon Z5 in all criteria. It has better general image quality, more features, more compact body and offers more value for the money https://cameradecision.com/compare/Nikon-...

Re: Battle of Britain Airshow 2020 - 18th-20th September.

I went on the ticket website this morning and bought a ticket for the Friday (I'm a premium member of Duxford). A bit annoyed they are now charging for Friday's rehearsals as part of the overall airshow weekend, always enjoyed going in on my FoD membership basically for free. It says the slot time ...

Re: Post Lockdown London Bimble~ Execution Dock, Wapping

Execution Dock was near the shoreline at Wapping and was used for over 400 years to execute pirates, smugglers and mutineers. Captain William Kidd is probably the most famous pirate to meet his death there in 1701. His corpse was put into a gibbet, a metal framed cage, and was left hanging at Tilbur...

Re: COVID-19: Your Thoughts and it's effects on you.

When you walk into a restaurant you are moving around passing over patrons and spreading your germs as you get to your table, hence the mask. Sitting down your in you are socially distanced in your own little bubble. On leaving you put the mask on again. Simples.

Re: Flying Legends to cease at Duxford

A tweet from an IWM Duxford Curator Duxford has always been a war museum first, aviation museum second, IWM Duxford is a storage and restoration facility for IWM London first, then a museum second. She couldn't even get that right. From the Duxford web site. IWM had been looking for a suitable site...
