Your correct the museum is open on sundays,
weekday access is either granted by the owner for special events such as this or official- as in you are visiting one of the business's.

It was planned to allow the public in on the friday but wasnt possible on the monday.

The Hercs are parked well away from the other aircraft and not accessible from the museum. The track goes right past them but i'd suspect they'll be fenced off pretty quickly and fairly hard to photograph fairly quickly
