Would love a remake of European Air War, also Microprose....
I had mighty eight, infact probably still do somewhere although have a feeling it got binned last year as it was fairly tatty. I never really got into it, though it was fun to finally be able to act as a turret operator.

Nellis AFB/Aviation Nation/Green Flag - Nov 2014
I am in the process of uploading some of my videos to youtube. Unfortunately all I had was a mobile phone, and on a couple of occasions my friends minicam. As such, quality isn't great.... but a record of events none the less http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br57v1DkDc8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...

Re: Aviation Nation / Nellis AFB Open House 2014 List update
there is a 6th b1 in the static park. 3 at the north end, 2 next to the รง17 which departed late afternoon. (Apparently).
The QF-4 x 2 arrived 0830 this morning
F22 did a great display
4th 41sqn typhoon was initially being prepped to depart but then had covers put back on. Maybe went tech.

Hi guys... I will be there.
It wasn't planned but it was sold to me by a chap I met spotting at Nellis last week.
Currently staying the super 8 motel at Nellis afb.
Which day is arrivals day?
Anyone fancy meeting up?
Jack

Re: Messerschmitt ME109 G-12
Buchon 109 bodies were I believe manufactured in Germany and then sent to the Spanish who fitted merlins. Therefore, it'll be every bit as genuine to the original article as the original articles were themselves.... given that G-12s were just recycled g-2/g-4/g-6.

Re: Concorde's 10 year anniversary
I have a couple of old videos of concorde which I'm trying to find.
I just stumbled upon one, it's clear that I've yelled to my dad "Concorde!" and he has run out with the video camera a touch late, just long enough to catch a white slither on the horizon going into Heathrow.

Re: Camera angle feedback required JP Display
I think in order to give you a really decent and experienced viewpoint I need some JP flying experience...... I'm available whenever I personally have found that when recording in a 152, a wide angle shot front inside the cockpit gives a nice view. With regards to the video you have posted, my only ...

Re: Avro Vulcan @ Benson Air Show 1991
How ironic the person capturing the video sarcastically proclaims: "it's not very loud" when 20 years later, his words would turn out to be true. . This was because prior to it's arrival my dad had warned my mother, brother and I that it was going to be very loud. It was the first time we...

Avro Vulcan @ Benson Air Show 1991
I noticed there were no videos of this anywhere online, and set about digging out the old VHS. Some months later, here we are. I was 4 at the time and can be heard asking questions. A particularly good display I think, fabulous touch and go and plenty of howling throughout. As an aside, this is my f...

Re: Which Spitfire?
Viewing from my roof, I only saw a Hurricane.... Although Spitfire was also scheduled... I never saw it. That's not to say it wasn't there, though by the sounds of these posts it didn't make it. I was unsure, I thought I heard 2 engines at one point but it may just have been the hurricane reflecting...

Re: Last howl of the Vulcan - RIAT 2013?
Bit of a dumb question though really with the only plausible possibility that it would be the last flight being a crash during that flight.

Ah ok, was just what occurred to me initially..... it does look from the twitter pictures that both engines (especially the r/h) have been subject to fire extinguishers so that would make sense.
