Impulse purchased the 5 day pass this evening…first time back to Zeltweg since 2013 so looking forward to it. Will probably try and combine it with Bucharest the weekend before as well.

Just realised you asked for the RF extender….i completely misread and thought it said EF. Disregard my post!

I use the 2x mk3 infrequently on a 300mm 2.8 mk2. It’s certainly softer than the 1.4 but can produce very useable photos. Especially on the higher resolution bodies like the R7 once you’ve reduced and sharpened in post processing.

I’m considering going over for the shows in the autumn, and maybe a week in the sidewinder if anyone is up for climbing some hills?

The hardworking volunteers at Speke finally managed to get some air under the wheels of G-BEJD today after over a decade of being sat on her belly. Possibly the last HS-748 “flight” in the UK…

What a lovely variety of types and some stunning cold backdrops. Excellent entries as always, but the standout to me was Bernard’s shock cone F18. Was expecting to see some shots from Axalp, but that is something else!
