Sterling work on those Meteor models. If you didn't already know Sword models has just released a 1/48 Meteor NF.14
Good practice for the full size one.

F-16's for the most part, are painted in 3 different greys - top FS 36118 Gunship Grey, top2 FS 36270 Medium Grey & bottom FS 36375 Light Compass Ghost Grey. Which converts to Humbrol 125, 126 & 127. Also in other paint mfr's if you don't like Humbrol.

Look even at the Fury G-CBEL. It wasn't UK military at all. It is now pretending to be the prototype Sea Fury. Trouble is, the owner won't go so far as a dummy arrester hook to make it look right! IIRC the prototype Sea Fury didn't have one fitted certainly not to start with. ----------------

Dear o Dear mate, I tell you what given the kit you had to work with that's one hell of a job you did. I really cant see how Airfix (who are not novices in model production) can get it so wrong! All those models I posted in my thread (winters work) are very old Monogram/Revell or Pro-modeler. Well ...

All of them are lovely IMO, perhaps the ripple TSR2 might have been a bit better with a black radome, but it's still v.nice all the same.

That looks pretty good, I think the decals set it off just nicely. One thing if I may though, not sure if you have but the intake bullets & inside intakes should be silver.

Hobbyboss kit is nice & well detailed but it isn't that accurate, fuselage is supposedly fat & squashed. Hasegawa seems to be the choice for the rivet counters.
