Re: De-Icing?

Oh De-Icing. Well your both right. both De-Icing and Anti Icing fluids do have holdover times. They just vary depending on the OAT and weather conditions.
At BHX we've been 2 stepping using both the last few days due to the freezing fog conditions. Great fun :dizzy:

Re: Moth Rally 2011 @ Belvoir

It seems a lot of 'interlopers' are now climbing on the 'band wagon'. Not sure on the LOTS of 'interloppers'. There was the 3 that were i...

Re: DeHavilland Charity Flying Weekend

Hi Jack,

I was MEANT :wall: to be one of the marshalling team, in the end all we did was drag the remaining Tigers up into the hanger for storage until they could be collected and flown to their homes. I've been doing Halton with the Moths for about 4 years now, lovely place.

Re: 12th Annual Abingdon Air & Country Charity Show..08/05/2011

The only thing that bothered me was the Bronco. What was the point in getting it on static display to then park it arse end to the public in a place where people can't see it? Bit of a waste really! As Damien said, the Pembroke wasn't being left out overnight for several days. The Bronco was parked...
