Oh De-Icing. Well your both right. both De-Icing and Anti Icing fluids do have holdover times. They just vary depending on the OAT and weather conditions.
At BHX we've been 2 stepping using both the last few days due to the freezing fog conditions. Great fun

Very nice Damien, but too far for me. The rules of the Moth Meet used to be Moth aircraft only but they used to make exceptions for Chipmunks and other DH types. I was MEANT
to be one of the marshalling team, in the end all we did was drag the remaining Tigers up into the hanger for storage until they could be collected and flown to their homes. I've been doing Halton with the Moths for about 4 years now, lovely place.

The only thing that bothered me was the Bronco. What was the point in getting it on static display to then park it arse end to the public in a place where people can't see it? Bit of a waste really! As Damien said, the Pembroke wasn't being left out overnight for several days. The Bronco was parked...

Are you being serious? You go to an airshow and complain about an aircraft being parked on the airfield!!! Abingdon has a long enough crowd line if you really must have a clear shot of the grass infront of you... Yes I am being serious " " - I don't pay my ticket fee to watch the sun shin...
