Re: Photography Ban at Lyneham??

When Skippy and I visited in May we were approached by a couple of members of RAFP - a lady and a bloke, really friendly, no problem with us being there, but they were uncomfortable with the ladders (which we duly laid down on the grass, where they remained for the rest of the day). They gave us the...

Re: 40D ERROR 99!!!!!!!

As DanO's alluded to, mine died at Benson on Thursday. "Err 99 Cannot shoot. Turn off and on or replace battery". Done that, taken the grip off, taken the lens off, tried a different lens, taken the small battery out, nothing improves the situation... Only thing is I suspect mine's probabl...

Good stuff Clive!

You didn't happen to get any shots of N444TM around 1115(ish) did you? Think we were the last morning flight for that aircraft as the wx closed in.

Re: RAC Kings Cup Air Race Sywell

Not bad, mate. Just a shame the flying was so distant, even with the extra 100mm I'd got a my disposal they were far from frame-fillers. Still, an enjoyable 'different' few hours, all the same.

Good to see you again, and doubtless our paths will cross on Sunday!

What a good looking military the Greeks have got. Great looking aircraft, fanastic colour schemes and frequently set against very easy on the eye backdrops.

Very nicely shot too.

CQWI 2009

Morning all, I was fortunate enough to be invited up to Scotland to spend a couple of days at CQWI, in the vain hope that I might actually come away with some half-decent images this time! The forecast was horrific, but as it turned out our forays out to the runway and VASS nearly all coincided with...
