Thanks for that advice. How does the Friday show differ from Saturday in terms of flying time, numbers of aircraft and opening hours? It's just that I'm primarily interested in the RIAT from the photography angle, so I was wondering whether the extra cost of the Saturday show would be worth it. FRI...

Looking forward to it, but I think I will only do Saturday and Sunday. As much as I enjoy the Friday, its too much to do all 3 days with the travelling involved. It just tires me too much. Perhaps if you didn't stay so far away you wouldn't be so tired.... Plenty of accommodation closer than Bristol.

I messaged the organiser's back in February asking when they would be releasing the tickets , the reply was "Tickets will be available mid-year" and June is mid year in my calendar ....
