Re: Beagle bark !

Sorry for the confusion over which Beagle types ? Yes I meant the old UK BEAGLE company from time long gone!
Sad story but some very pretty types produced. Now they are become very far and few between.

Beagle bark !

Hi all,
Suddenly realised that one of my favourite types is disappearing fast! Where have all the Beagle types gone? So how about a troll through the photos and post up the great lost opportunity for UK civil types?
Anyone know who the Beagle Basset at Biggin Hill belongs too?

Re: Farnborough - a shadow of its former self?

I've lived in Farnborough for 54 years and worked at RAE(ah memories) for 23 of those and can say that IHO that this years show is the dullest I've ever seen.
You've got to except that its a different world now and unfortunately the excitement has gone!
I wonder why anyone pays £££s for what's left!

Re: Saturday Stampede to enter RIAT via the Blue Route

Sorry to say that I was also in the Saturday early birds who got overwhelmed by queue jumpers, many of whom were abusive and not going to "stand down" for anyone. It came rather close to blows a few yards ahead of me and will give many of us(not so young anymore) cause to rethink next year...

1.Why no F35 rolling maneuverers ?
2.Doesn't that Fan Inlet door cause a whole bunch of drag?

Re: RIAT 2016

Overall a great day despite the low cloud. Well done to all involved and thank you. Cant help wondering though,F35 not the most dynamic display and a round of applause for hovering! didn't Harriers do this some years ago! The time has come for me to replace my old Dell PC which is fairly basic and struggles with some of the more detailed and bigger add ons for FS 2004.Any ideas on which PC is the best for running FS and should I swap to FSX ?Whats your experience of both?
Any big yes or no point please ?
