I did that as well. No idea why they want the payees address if its their account. I guess in some cases they could be based in a third country with all the sanctions issues etc. to check. The bank address is used to find the swift or BIC (branch identifier code, the equivalent of a UK sort code)

Potentially controversial opinion but I’d sell one, maybe two then put the funds as either a rainy day pot or towards the ongoing other reatorations

That is really sad news

Deep down I think we all knew it wouldnt fly again but it is a damn shame the whole set up will be disbanded & now the aircraft faces an uncertain future.
