What nonsense. The single most important thing to any country is the strength of its economy. Anything that wilfully damages that economy is an acute act of self harm. Just about to finish watching a BBC drama series from about 1976 called Survivors ,which not surprisingly, is about the fate of various people who survived a pandemic resulting from a spilt beaker in a Chinese lab ! sound familiar ? a bit hit and miss but enjoyable anyway !

In the days of British Rail ,when there was still EPB rolling stock eg class 400 multiple units ,if the driver forgot to put the manual handbrake on at least one of the units, once the air leaked away the train would( if on a gradient ) start to roll away and wouldn't usually stop until it collided ...
