Re: Lightning Double Twilight Run
Think you've got it covered. TBH 300MM at dusk is enough. You'll be walking on concrete and an uneven field if you go down for the run so boots help along with a head torch. If you've not been before get there early so can look at other airframes (if you are allowed) but be prepared for how the airf...

Keep the colours it's in. It stands out. Could paint it red instead though with a white and blue stripe

Why was the display line etc only reviewed the week before the show, shouldn't it have been checked months ago?

Re: RAF Scampton Air Show 2017
Had no trouble getting in but I stopped over night locally. P&R worked well in morning. Base looks as If it needs some TLC. Red skips and building rubble for a background do not make for nice shots. P&R getting out was poor, signage non existent. Got off at show ground and went to wrong car ...

Sigma 150-600 Issue
Last Sunday at the BTCC at Snetterton I noticed that my shots using the Sigma 150-600 / D7200 were becoming more out of focus as the day went on. Other things then became apparent, eg the shutter would not release and trees at a distance could not be focused on. I also noticed that at the end of the...

Got to admit i have a problem with the weight of the S, met a few others at Marham who said they were as well. Monopod helps for BTCC but not airshows.
