Good to know the taxi run should be happening again, as there are no ga aircraft coming to the airshow this year would it be possible for the Jaguar to be started up on the runway rather than over by the has area ?

Yes its not coming to Waddo or in fact any uk airshows, it is in Europe in September for a couple of displays.

There had been rumours that Waddo might get the Canadian F-18 display but its not coming to Europe until September so that one is over and done with.

No Canadian F-18 for RIAT it will be at Yellowknife in Canada that weekend.

This was taken tonight at sunset on my iphone - while having a play around with the camera on it,

I usually use the bridge at Marton green train station and the park for taking photos at BHX. I went into the indoor viewing area in 2009 but wont while it was ok for viewing it was not ideal for taking photos.

Purchased the Lancaster issue - will have a read of it tonight then decide if im going to get the rest of them. The model seems ok at the end of the day your not going to get alot for that price.

A promising start to be fair, the C-27 will be good if it comes off. Out of interest is there a typical time of year when the French tend to publish there display team and solo display schedules ?

Waddo is not garbage in fact for the price was one of the best airshows of the year. I had 3 cracking days there this year and am looking forward to more of the same in 2014 - hopefully the Viggen will come back again

To be honest im not a big fan of commentary at airshows I want to listen to the aircraft not commentary. Not really bothered who does the commentary as I tend to switch of from it most of the time.
