Welcome to the board, I'm by no means an expert...............but You seem to have the shutter speed's sorted with some nice prop blur, nothing worse than seeing frozen props, so well done there! The Boronco has a slight blue cast which can be corrected with an editing program, alternatively shoot R...

Hi Kev,
Agree with Karl, the Alpha B&W is pretty nice. I run at out of time for something different myself, made up for it today though!
See you around...........

The land of Cultural Learning's,October 2008 a wee bit late!
Hi, A bit late I know but as we were playing Kazakhstan today, it was a good opportunity to post them. I was fortunate enough to visit for work, which just happened to include a ramp tour by bus. All these were shot through a tinted window in a very bumpy bus. Present was nearly the complete transpo...

Hi chap's, Many thanks for all the comments, Kevin, What I got on the King Air, you got with the on departure, my shot's were screwed due to bad position & to close. I shot all my day photos with my D200 + 70-300VR, Setting's varied due to weather but most of the panning were at 1/100(DA.10)- 1/...

Re: Kish - Iran Air Show
Hi Martin,
I think you'll find no airshow this year, it's every other year normally.
The best guy to contact is Shary from the Iranian spotters group. I wouldn't bother with the Embassy, Shary knows the places to go or sites to see.

Something different for LHR
Hi, For those with a passing interest in LHR movements, This week threw up two interesting ones. First was Arik Air's almost new 737-800 bringing in spares for a poorly A340 Sunday with departure on Monday & second was a medical diversion Wednesday lunchtime. Marc http://i13.photobucket.com/albu...

Re: A380 OTT
Hi,
Try here and follow the instructions, the view in google earth is better.
http://www.openatc.com/
for aircraft details click on 'list current flights' top RH corner.
and bare in mind the slight delay, so an A380 showing over London would be over Bristol in about 15-20 mins or so.

Can confirm the only regular 737-200 now is YU-ANP operating for JAT, not the most inspiring of colour schemes. Although its not been so common in the last week.

Hi, I travelled to the show from Warsaw by train last year, It takes about 2 hours direct to Radom, then a free train service from Radom to the airfield, It has its own railway station that they open for the airshow. This way also takes you past the gate guards, the car park entrances do not. See he...

Hi,
What is possibly the top visitor of 2008 recently departed.
A nice vantage point but useless when looking directly into the sun. The one day I wanted it to be cloudy, never mind.
