I had a very similar experience, no reply to several emails, eventually I received a pre sale link to buy grandstand tickets before general release, but stupidly it didn't allow upgrades to existing ticket holders so I couldn't use it. I had to call and call and call and calll, no one every answers...

The 15 September 1940 was officially named Battle of Britain Day as it was the day when RAF Fighter Command claimed what proved to be a decisive victory over the German Luftwaffe.

John who is doing the riveting has only been doing this sort of thing as his day job for Airbus for 40-odd years... 2 things to bear in mind, firstly he's using it as a training exercise for his grandson, secondly he's working with old airframe sections which aren't always the most co-operative. With reference to the nacelle riveting, I was taught that countersunk rivets were supposed to be flush with the surface.

Was taught riveting on my Airframe Mechanics course [ME265] at Saint Athan in 1972
