I had a very similar experience, no reply to several emails, eventually I received a pre sale link to buy grandstand tickets before general release, but stupidly it didn't allow upgrades to existing ticket holders so I couldn't use it. I had to call and call and call and calll, no one every answers...

With reference to the nacelle riveting, I was taught that countersunk rivets were supposed to be flush with the surface.
