Looking at the damage this looks like it will set the project back a few weeks, but would be a good test of their design ability to build in some more strength to the structure.

Anyway, I think a bit more could have been said about who controls, or evaluates the competency of drone users.

Hmm, I normally arrive Thursday morning, and leave on Monday - not normally a traffic problem and if one is able to walk a couple of miles, then no problems at all.
