The object of desire this time was a vintage plane from the 1930s.
The Stampe et Vertongen SV.4 is a Belgian two-seat trainer biplane. Only 35 aircraft were built before the company was closed during the Second World War. This aircraft was built in 1948 for the Belgian Air Force, which wanted to replace its D.H.82 "Tiger Moth" after the Second World War and ordered 65 of the SV-4B by the successor company Stampe et Renard for Basic Flying Training in 1947.
