Thank you all for the replies. I think maybe the first reply is an attempt at a 'wind up' and best ignored. As for the shots themselves, I am happy how I edited them. I could come out with some excuses on the exposure times, so I will! . The weather was blustery and wet, and I did not have a 'proper' tripod. The light was provided by two floodlights at about 6 foot of the ground and did not illuminate the aircraft as well, as say, at the Northolt night shoots. The rest of the airfield was pitch black in the area behind the photos. I do not edit my pictures to seek approval of anyone except myself, as long as I am happy that's all I care about . For me this is a hobby, and though I do have my own website ( www.pixelsnipers.com for anyone interested), and had a few pictures published, I would need to become 100 times better and more skilled to even consider leaving my day job and being accepted as a bona fida professional photographer. Thanks again for the replies and support.

You shouldn't even have responded mate. We've had this discussion before and you know why I don't post on these forums. Too many 'experts' with stupid comments and nothing constructive to say. Makes my blood boil; and you know how I get when my blood boils!!! Finding it really hard not to let rip with a tirade of foul language.

The Phantom and the Harrier are engineless i'm afraid, out of interest the Harrier still had its sunshade in the cockpit from its service in Belize !!

A nice set of shots, I do like your comment "I do not edit my pictures to seek approval of anyone except myself."
Far too often we are driven to edit our photos to please others.
Like many, I only wished that I could have been at Bentwaters with you!

Re: Bentwaters Nightshoot 14th May 2015
Excellent photos of a very well presented "Museum at Night". If we got a 103 engine for the Harrier, it would have potential as a runner, however we have not and unlikely one will appear without an airframe. We are of course working on another of the Museums aircraft, Jaguar XX741 with the intention of getting it going. We do have Adours for that, not in the greatest state, but we have them and the spinny bits seem to be OK to run. It will depend on how many faults we find with the fuel systems, etc. Before that however we have to finish off restoring all the airframe systems, by far not complete, but slowly getting there.
