Nice catches! Where were you standing? Me and my mate were parked in a layby at the Greenock road near the Black Cart water getting whatever we could get coming in one year recently!

nice set of photos especially the helicopter , by the way , did you know that there was an r a f typhoon that landed at glasgow last tuesday afternoon the 3 rd september between 3 and 4 ish i had heard the plane flying over the flight path for glasgow were i live ran into the kitchen just as the aircraft was heading into the airport , wonder anyone photographed it

The Typhoon on the 3rd didn't actually land, but was an overshoot (ZK381/EX from the logs)... I saw it myself from my living room window (just!!!) bang under the approach too
