Airliners are not my thing but I have been after a photo of this Star Air Boeing 767 departing Edinburgh for some time.
This aircraft has an unusually steep take off angle so I only had one go each night to perfect the photo and it took me nearly three weeks, off and on to find the location that I needed for this photograph.
Each photo is one second apart... it does not accelerate much when it gets airborne.

The location was unknown and the point where the aircraft would emerge from behind the trees was unknown and as luck would have it a Global Express took off shortly before the B767 so I was able to tweak the composition as you'll see in the difference in the tree line.
