BAW Engineers new toy

Post by Jetnoise »

Prototype A350-1000 turned up at Heathrow on Saturday and stayed overnight to give the British Airways engineers time to play with it in advance of the first BA one being delivered next month. For once, the weather played ball for its arrival.

Cheers,
Ralph

Nice images.

BA have brought forward their schedule for the A350-1000 and it is covering my flight to Dubai on 25th September (BA107 flight LHR-DBX).

Our seat chooser options is now showing it confirmed for this flight. Looking forward to seeing this brand new aircraft from the inside :). Are they larger windows on teh A350 compared to B777's ?

Yes, the windows are larger. Quite elongated and slightly wider than the 777.
