Sorry, I've just picked myself up.

How have you managed to arrange that one Peter. Phenomenal, only ever seen one before across the ground at Mildenhall, so superb, star of the show at present for me.

Hopefully its arriving on Wednesday or Thursday not at midnight.

After looking at the photo on the website of the Global Express, appears to be an ex RAF Sentinel, going by the reg shown, N692BD.
I am impartial to a bit of jet noise.

Boscombe Down, and yes a number of them have already flown.

British Airways 2003 (Not sure if this can be categorised as static though, as I think it sat at the Western end until it departed later in the show).

Someone on FC is claiming to work for the RNLAF crews and says mentioned on the "unannounced" list is a B-52, B1-b, E4B..

Who knows?
E4B!
My sincere apologies!! I amazed by that announcement.

Why is it not flying?! Coming all that way from America to be surrounded by blue cones. The flying display is missing a star item!

Joking, I genuinely have convinced myself that we might see the B-1 flying this year, based on nothing but the FC post and delusional thinking.

Yes, it’s an ex-RAF Sentinel. They’ve all been purchased by Raytheon.

Wow, cracking job DBH getting the E-4B! :star_struck:
Also, a Spanish F/A-18B & Kuwait Typhoon on static are nice addtions too.

The civilian list this year is the best I think I've ever seen for an Air Tattoo since I've been coming to the show. Well done all round.

Hoping due to their size the E-4B & A340 will be Wednesday arrivals instead of late on Friday....but it is what it is

251 aircraft on my list so far, still plenty of visitors/support that will increase that total.

Not the sort of airframe that I would think the USAF would want at the back of static and inaccessible?

Far, far rarer than any B52 or B1. I am not sure how often they make it onto static in the US?
