Does anyone know if there is a copy on the internet, of the accident report for Ormond Haydon Baillie's crash on the 3rd of June 1977?
Tried the obvious place to no avail, any help gratefully received.
Thanks for looking.

Looking on the internet (ABPIC's site) I think you've got the date wrong by a month.
According to that site the crash happened on the 3rd July 1977.
Hope this may help.

Re: Mustang I-BILL accident.
I have a feeling if it's available it'll be in German.
Would it be on any of the German aviation sites? ( That said, it may be complicated by the fact that the current German equivalent of the AAIB didn't exist at the time )

Yes, I've been told it is in German, but still can't find the right site.Brevet Cable wrote: ↑Fri 02 Sep 2022, 4:47 pmI have a feeling if it's available it'll be in German.

Re: Mustang I-BILL accident.
Did a quick check of the German version of the AAIB, the BFU.
As I suspected, none of their accident reports are from that time, the earliest is 1998.
There's an archive here : https://www-p1.archivportal-d.de/objekt ... st&lang=en which I'm having a look through.
Edit to add...
Nope, nothing in there
Edited again...
Just a thought -- as the aircraft was Italian-registered, would their accident investigation board ( whatever it was called ) have been involved?

According to https://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/31691 it’s BFU CX0012/77 you’re looking for. You could e-mail Harro Ranter who runs that site and ask if he has a copy or whether the contributor who added this information has one.
