It was on the General Aviation forum on the Flyer Forums. The thread was entitled "End of an era". It also gives a list of the "Flying Days" which I think are the "Showcase" days re-branded and there are a lot more of them. Only two big airshows though, the other one being the B of B show in September.

So no May airshow, they've simply moved it to mid summer. That's a shame, they've displaced Legends not for an extra show, just to move one.

Probably due to uncertainty over COVID restrictions in the early part of the season. (Just like Old Warden have only committed to Drive-In events in the early part of the season.) Not sure IWM will want to repeat the experience of losing a 'major' event again at short notice.
