Hi all.

Not wishing to sound like a broken record, but has anyone had a refund yet?

Cheers.
Yes, mine went into my bank on 6th. of this month. Not sure how they are dealing with them as far as order goes, possibly as they were purchased. Mine was rolled over from the May show which in turn was purchased last December. Don`t know if that helps you at all though.

I sent a cursory email a week or so ago and was told I should get mine by Christmas. Which one, she didn't say. I can't beleive its a manual process?

They owe me £90 for 2 x adults/flight-line, parking & programe. So far I have received two emails from the organisers asking if I would like to donate etc. And then last Friday £46 was added to my bank account, no notice from them about it. Never had this nonsense with Shuttleworth, they refunded me pronto.
...and it's a fair-haired slightly balding Bobby Charlton to kick off!

Promise I'm not being a smart-arse, BUT, if you had read right to the end of those two emails this was the following information:-
Please note:
• If you have bought tickets in more than one separate transaction, please fill in the form for each transaction separately.
• Your booking reference starts with “97”,”5” or “IWM”.
If we don’t hear from you by the 11 October, we will refund your ticket using the payment method you provided when booking.
• Ticketholders choosing a refund will receive their transaction before 31 December.

No magic involved?

Got the first of my 4 refunds yesterday for my original booking for Saturday and Sunday.

Still waiting on Gold experience for the Proms day and 2x Flightline walks to be refunded, but they were bought much later than the original booking. So I didn't expect to get all 4 together.

Finally got email notification of refund for my Friday proms tickets, thanks to the team who are clearly wading through a huge pile of them!
