Grandstand 'Experience'

Post by Dubs85 »

Afternoon

Has anyone spent the extra £15 on the grandstand experience? Is it worth it in you opinion?

Thanks

Rich

I gave it a try at the spring show. It was OK, and probably better than I expected. You need to be at the top or may get complaints if you stand - assuming you're a photographer. As you'd expect at Duxford, the "stewarding" was pretty hopeless. I amongst lots of others were sent to the completely wrong place for our seats!

Was it worth £15? Marginal in my view - I spent about an hour there and then wandered around in my usual way.
Would I do it again? Well I've not booked a place for the BoB show next month.
