RIAT 2009 Wishlist!

Post by PeterR »

Sorry, but it had to be done...

What do UKAR members want to see at Fairford next year, apart from good weather ?

Plenty of fast jets and heavy metal in "Tiger" schemes. A good smattering of Eastern European airframes and countries would also be most welcome.

Wash your mouth out with soap young man! :handbag:

There is plenty of time for the Typhoon. There are only two to three more years left for the F.3 and then its gone forever. Enjoy it while it's here!

To be honest i'd be happy if everything confirmed for RIAT 2008 appeared in 09, although under crystal blue skies and on taxiways as dry as a bone!

And I'm shocked by the fact that Indian bears and Aussie Aardvarks haven't been mentioned until now!!

its been said before, look for the last chance types...

chances on Greek A-7 or Hungarian Mig-29 in 2009???

apart from Hungarian Mig-29 then the next to go out of service for ex eastern block may well be Polish Su-22's, a couple of those more than welcome and not the commonly seem tiger marked 2 seater. Bulgarians would also be very welcome... :dummy:

Simple; aircraft. And actually being told it's called off before travelling a couple hundred miles to get in position!

I thought the HuAF MiG-29's are due for retirement early '09? Hopefully I'm wrong though!

Pretty much the same as was suppose to be 2008, maybe not quite so many teams, only the rarer ones. Aussie Ardvaak, SU-27, flying Mig 29 from anywhere, and of course, the RAPTORS PLEASE! Some African stuff would be nice.
